We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.

Returns (30 Days)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original packaging and tags must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Size & Fit Disclaimer

We provide detailed size charts to help customers choose the correct size.
However, fit preferences can vary, and sizing issues are not considered product defects.

If a return is requested due to size or fit:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refunds are issued only after the item is received and inspected

Return Authorization Required

All returns must be approved first.
Please email Tousaroshop@gmail.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Supplier & Warehouse Returns

Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.
In rare cases, return addresses may take additional time to be issued.

If a return address is unavailable or delayed:

  • We may offer a partial refund, store credit, or replacement as a faster resolution

  • Full refunds may be issued without return at our discretion

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing takes 5–10 business days

  • You will receive confirmation once completed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Include photos and your order number
    We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items showing signs of wear or use

  • Items returned without authorization

  • Items returned after 30 days
